Functions of food
- if you don't get enough nutrient into your body you will get sick an or fat your will need exercise as well,if you eat a balanced diet you will be healthy and happy.
- A car needs file like us and we need food to make us do thins be active thing concentrate and basically do things, we need enough nutrients in our body to do things and if we don't we will be run down and not wanting to do anything.
- for younger people we need more nutrients in our body so we can grow and if we don't get enough our growing will get stunned if when we have healthy food it helps us grown but older people don't need as much because they have stopped growing.
- when you get a cut or get sick your body needs to fight it some how and you immune system relies on health food and it helps get rid of bacteria and deceases and when you get a cut it get healed thit is y if you don't do much exercise or eat healthy you are more likely to get sick.
